Vernon's Statutes, Code of Public Health Section 81.046 which does not allow the
sharing of STD case follow-up information to any party outside the public health
team with a need to know. STD information cannot be made public upon subpoena or

information provided suggests child abuse.

Security
This site uses a secure server for conducting online transactions. All security
information that you transmit to us will be protected by 128-bit encryption
technology, provided your browser is properly configured and your computer is
operating properly. Security technology requires that you have a reasonably

We limit employee access to personally identifiable information to only those
employees who need access to perform a specific job. All employees are kept
up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.

follow-up on my partners and others that I refer through this site may need to

to ensure that the follow-up is successful. There is no guarantee that all
notifications or referrals will be successful and that the successful outcome of
the follow-up and referral may be contingent upon my continued cooperation to
provide information and assistance to the Disease Intervention Specialist
assigned to work with me throughout this process.
